AMGN - Downgraded by J.P. Morgan and Citigroup due to concerns about its anemia drug.

GLBC - Global Crossing downgraded from "buy" to "hold" by Deutsche Bank Securities . The target price has been reduced from $33 to $25.

FL - Foot Locker slashed its first-quarter earnings outlook late Thursday, citing a 5.1 percent fall in quarterly same-store sales and markdowns at its U.S. stores.

AMAT - Applied Materials upgraded from "neutral" to "buy".

KBH - Kb Home said it was evaluating the sale of its French stake and also considering a public or private offering of the shares.
