MVL - Marvel Entertainment said its board authorized the buyback of $200 million in common stock and the company said it completed the repurchase of $100 million in common stock under its June 2006 authorization.

SKS - Company reported a better-than-expected quarterly profit, however its profit fell to $11 million in the first quarter.

CPB - Campbell Soup Company said third-quarter profit jumped 31 percent, helped by higher beverage sales and one-time benefits.

APC - Comapny said that it would sell its Qatari operations for $350 million to Occidental Petroleum, the latest move in the company’s effort to trim debt.
