LWSN - Lawson Software issued guidance above consensus by 2 cents.

TAP - UBS upgraded the brewer to "buy" from "neutral".

BMY - Bristol-Myers Squibb Company was upgraded to "buy" from "hold" by Citigroup.

OMTR -
Omniture filed to offer 300,000 more shares its stock.
