WEN - Wendy's International said it was exploring a possible sale of the company and also cut its 2007 earnings forecast, sending the stock down about 3 percent in early trading.

YHOO - A television news report citing an internet newsletter suggests CEO Terry Semel, who has been criticized for allowing the search giant to fall behind rival Google, could step down, according to Briefing.com.

TRMP - Trump Entmt Resorts announced CEO James Perry will step down on July 1 and that COO Mark Juliano has been named interim CEO.
