CBH - Commerce Bancorp announced the sudden departure of Chairman and Chief Executive Vernon Hill and said it agreed with federal regulators on governance changes after coming under fire for its business dealings with insiders.

BA - Boeing said it reached agreements to buy an estimated $500 million worth of parts from four Chinese firms for its 747-8 and 787 planes.

CPO - Corn Products downgraded at BB&T Capital from Buy to Hold. $48 price target.

DIOD - Diodes
upgrade at UBS to Buy rating from Neutral. Price target jumps to $50 from $41.
