The deal of the day

Shares of Opsware are going up nearly 36% to 14$ because Hewlett-Packard said on Monday that it will buy software companies Opsware for $1.6 billion and Neoware for $214 million to bolster its business of helping companies manage data centers. Stock have already traded until this moment nearly 76 million of shares, and is trading in a range between 13.95$ and 14.06$, well it seems to me the deal of the day, and it's a big premium for Bulls.
