With this free tool web designers can test the size measuring the application windows, applying the right size; doing this only with a mouse click! This tool displays on the screen a ruler with some measure options, like, points, pixels, inches, centimeter and millimeters. Is very simple to use it, you only have to point the ruler where you want on the screen, choose the resolution you want then enter your measurement or you can choose the option to capture all screen.
