How do I install a font for Windows?
Unzip the file that you downloaded. You should find the .ttf font file(s) inside the extracted zip file.
Go to Start > Control Panel
Double-click the Fonts folder.
Browse in your hard drive for the fonts you wish to install.
Select the fonts (.ttf files) that you want to install and drag them into your fonts folder.

How do I install a font for Mac?
Extract the .sit file that you downloaded using Stuffit Expander.
Locate the fonts you want to install inside the extracted sit file.
Select the fonts that you want to install.
Locate the System Folder and drag and drop the font files into the Fonts folder.
If you have the Font Book application, you may wish to install the fonts using Font Book instead.
