DD - Lehman Brothers downgraded the chemical manufacturer to "equal-weight" from "overweight," according to Briefing.com.

BHP - The Australia-based mining firm was upgraded to "buy" from "hold" by Citigroup.

AV - The maker of business communications equipment, agreed late Monday to be acquired by private-equity firms TPG Capital LLC and Silver Lake Partners for about $8.2 billion.

BBBY - The home furnishings retailer warned after the close Monday that its first-quarter earnings would be below Wall Street's average estimates.
