PALM - Palm said it will sell a 25 percent stake to private equity firm Elevation Partners for $325 million, and it will pay $9 in cash to stockholders.
WMT- Analysts upgraded Wal-Mart Stores after it announced plans to cut the number of new supercenter openings and to buyback $15 billion of its shares.
AAPL - Aaple said it will start selling its touchscreen iPhone on June 29.
LTR- Loews Corporation said it would acquire properties from gas and oil exploration operator Dominion for about $4 billion.
