BBY - Best Buy reported lower quarterly profit that missed Wall Street estimates, sending shares down nearly 4 percent in premarket trade.

YHOO - Yahoo said late Monday that CEO Terry Semel quit his position and would be replaced by co-founder Jerry Yang.

HD - Home Depot announced the sale of its suppy division for more than $10 billion to a group of private equity firms including Bain Capital, Carlyle Group and Clayton, Dubilier & Rice.

BEAS - UBS downgraded company to neutral from buy.
