WINN - Winn Dixie Stores reported its third-quarter profit of $17.8 million, or 33 cents a share, from a loss of $29 million for the previous year. Total sales rose to $1.68 billion from $1.67 billion while sales at stores open at least a year were up 1.6%.

KRSL - Company reported a fiscal third-quarter net profit of $308,124, or 16 cents a share, down from $441,228, or 24 cents a share, in the year-ago period.

DCX - Daimlerchrysler reported first-quarter profit of $2.76 billion up from a year-ago $1.05 billion.

BEAS - Credit Suisse lowered its rating on software makers BEA Systems to "neutral" from "outperform."
